Zuri has been a part of Urban Durham Realty since 2016 and an Associate Partner since 2022. With an individual sales volume exceeding $40 million and team sales volume of over $100 million, she works throughout the triangle with buyers, sellers, and investors. As a proud third-generation native of Durham and a devoted multi-generation North Carolinian, she grew up cherishing the stories of my great-grandmother, who bravely purchased land in both Wilmington and South Carolina during the 1940s while working tirelessly as a housecleaner. Her grandparents, both entrepreneurs who ran their own businesses post retirement, played a significant role in shaping her work ethic. With extensive experience in customer service, consulting, and negotiating, she applies the invaluable skills cultivated over the years to help both buyers and sellers achieve their homeownership goals. Currently, she proudly serves on the Durham Planning Commission and the Deeds for Deeds board, where she can contribute to her community. In her free time, she enjoys creating cherished memories with her husband, two wonderful children, and their lively standard poodle.
